Viet Nam – Russia prepare for future

Diplomats at the Viet Nam – Russia Conference organised by the Valdai Discussion Club yesterday (Feb 26) agreed to closely coordinate the Viet Nam Year in Russia and its counterpart activity in Viet Nam in 2019 and 2020, respectively.
